Bē Health Fitness Classes in Richmond Hill

At the core of our Bē Health & Well-Being® program at Heartwood in Richmond Hill is your overall well-being. We encompass that in four buckets: physical, emotional/mental, spiritual and social/societal. 

We've developed programming around these elements within the community to help Heartwood residents enhance all or specific elements they would like to focus on. One such area to help you achieve your well-being goals is through our fitness classes.

We offer numerous classes for adults, teens and kids of all physical levels.

NEW: All classes, with the exception of Hike the Hill, are now being held at the new St. Joseph's/Candler Heartwood Campus located at 3866 Belfast Keller Road.

Currently, we offer: 

RESTORATIVE YOGA - In this tranquil space, we embark on a profound exploration of our energy centers and chakras, unlocking the potential to release stored energy and promote a healthy work-life balance. Through a carefully curated blend of gentle stretches and opening postures, we create space for healing and restoration. Each movement is designed to encourage a profound sense of relaxation and release, allowing tensions to melt away and energy to flow freely throughout the body. Join us in our Restorative Yoga class and experience the profound benefits of deep relaxation, energy alignment, and emotional balance. Offered each Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.

Children's Yoga - We make yoga and mindfulness fun for kids! It's filled with games, songs, stories, imaginative play and activities that engage children and give them the tools to feel calmer, happier and more peaceful inside. Offered each Thursday at 11 a.m.

Hike the Hill - The Bē Health Navigator will incorporate stretching and other exercises into this two mile hike to the hill to enhance your overall physical, emotional and social well-being. Designed for all fitness levels, just meet the Bē Health Navigator at the Outfitters Building for this group activity on the St. Joseph's/Candler walking trail. Offered each Thursday at 9 a.m.

Kids Camps - Throughout the year, Bē Health offers a very unique, fun and engaging camp experience. The aim of our camp activities is to help children gain a better understanding of health and well-being through group fitness, mindfulness and nutrition. Children may participate in kid’s yoga, mindfulness activities, crafts, trail walks and other themed activities, including a nutritional activity & snack. The camps will be staffed by dieticians, certified fitness trainers and health educators. We are excited to announce our winter Kids Bē Health Camps. Upcoming camp dates are: Nov. 11, Nov. 25-26 & Dec. 18-20. Learn more here.
