St. Joseph’s/Candler’s Home Health Care meets the need of homebound patients in more than 15 Coastal Georgia counties. To meet these needs, our treatment programs include a wide range of services. Services are provided under the direction of the patient’s physician. On-call nurses are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
