Parking

St. Joseph’s Hospital
Visitor parking is available in the front of the hospital on Mercy Boulevard and at the newly expanded Emergency Department and Outpatient and Imaging waiting areas off Abercorn Street. 

Candler Hospital
Visitor parking is available in the front of the hospital on Reynolds Street, in front of the Professional Office Building and on all levels of the parking garage. Escort service to and/or from your car is available by calling 819-6333. 

Pooler Campus
Visitor parking is available in the front of the building off St. Joseph's/Candler Drive. There is a circular drop off area in front of the main entrance, as well as a drive-up drop off area in front of Urgent Care.

From I-95 North or South

• Take the Hwy. 204 exit toward Savannah, which is Exit 94.
• Travel approximately 8 miles. Cross the Forest River, pass the Savannah Mall on your left, then Armstrong Atlantic State University on the right. The next light is Mercy Boulevard.
• Turn left on Mercy Boulevard.
• St. Joseph's Hospital is on your left; the entrance is .10 of a mile after the turn.

From I-16 East (coming from the west, Macon, GA)

• After passing the I-95 interchange, pass two more interchanges: Dean Forest Road and Chatham Parkway.
• Exit right at the next interchange: Lynes Parkway, Exit 164A, 516 Exit east, toward Savannah/Hunter Army Airfield.
• In approximately 2 miles, take the Veterans Parkway/Southwest Bypass, which exits to the right. This approximately 5-mile stretch ends up at Hwy. 204, which is Abercorn Extension. At the end there is a traffic light; turn left toward Savannah.
• Cross the Forest River, then pass the Savannah Mall on your left and eventually Armstrong Atlantic State University on your right.
• Shortly after AASU (three traffic lights), you will come to a traffic light at Mercy Boulevard. Turn left here and the St. Joseph's Hospital main entrance is about .10 of a mile on your left.

From South Carolina (via US-17 and the Savannah Bridge)

Cross the Savannah Bridge. The road becomes I-16. Take the 516 Exit east, which is Exit 164A.
In approximately 2 miles, take the Veterans Parkway/Southwest Bypass, which exits to the right. This approximately 5-mile stretch ends up at Hwy. 204, which is Abercorn Extension.
At the traffic light, turn left toward Savannah. Cross the Forest River, pass Savannah Mall on your left and Armstrong Atlantic State University on your right.
Shortly after AASU (three traffic lights), you will come to a traffic light at Mercy Boulevard. Turn left here and the St. Joseph's Hospital main entrance is .10 of a mile on the left.

• Take I-16 toward Savannah, Exit 99A. Pass two interchanges: Dean Forest Road and Chatham Parkway.
• The next interchange is Lynes Parkway, Exit 164A toward Savannah/Hunter Army Airfield. Exit right here.

• Take Hwy. 204, exit 94 toward Savannah. Stay on Hwy. 204 (which eventually becomes Abercorn).
• Cross the Forest River, pass the Savannah Mall on your left, then Armstrong Atlantic State University on the right.
• Continue until you come to the intersection of Abercorn Street and Derenne Avenue. Turn right.
• Pass through the intersection of Habersham Street. The next intersection is Reynolds Street. Turn left. The main entrance to Candler Hospital is about 500 feet on the right.

From South Carolina (via US-17 and the Savannah Bridge)

• Cross the Savannah Bridge. The road becomes I-16.
• Take the 516 Exit East, which is Exit 164A toward Savannah/Hunter Army Airfield. Exit right here after passing under the overpass.
• In about three miles, the road becomes Derenne Avenue. Pass lights at Montgomery Street, Bull Street/White Bluff Avenue, Abercorn Street and Habersham Street
• The next intersection is Reynolds Street. Turn left. Candler is on the right with the main entrance approximately 500 feet after the turn.

Pooler Campus

From I-16 East (coming from Statesboro)

• Take a left off the Pooler Parkway exit toward the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, which is exit 155.
• Continue through one light.
• At the second light, take a right onto St. Joseph’s/Candler Drive (next to Lowe’s). The parking lot entrance will be on your right.
• From I-16 West (coming from Savannah)
• Take a right off the Pooler Parkway exit toward the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, which is exit 155.
• When you get to the first light, take a right onto St. Joseph’s/Candler Drive (next to Lowe’s). The parking lot entrance will be on your right.

From I-95 South (coming from South Carolina)

• Take a right off the Pooler Parkway exit/Savannah Hilton Head International Airport exit.
• Travel approximately 4.5 miles southeast on Pooler Parkway.
• Take a left onto St. Joseph’s/Candler Drive, just past Lowe’s.
• The parking lot entrance will be on your right.

From I-95 North (coming from Richmond Hill)

• Take Interstate 16 exit 99B west towards Macon.
• Travel approximately 2 miles to the Pooler Parkway exit toward the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, which is exit 155.
• When you get to the first light, take a right onto St. Joseph’s/Candler Drive (next to Lowe’s). The parking lot entrance will be on your right.

From Highway 80 East (from Statesboro)

• Take a right onto Pooler Parkway.
• Travel approximately 1.7 miles to St. Joseph’s/Candler Drive (next to Lowe’s) and take a left.
• The parking lot entrance will be on your right.
• From Highway 80 West (from Garden City)
• Take a left onto Pine Barren Road and travel approximately 5 miles.
• Take a left onto Pooler Parkway and travel less than a mile.
• Take a left onto St. Joseph’s/Candler Drive (next to Lowe’s).
• The parking lot entrance will be on your right.
