All classes accept every level of fitness. Each class is tailored to offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises during the session. Come and join us! A pool chair lift is available to assist participants into the pool. Swimming not required. Due to high demand, each participant may only register for one group of classes. All classes are 45 minutes in length. |
